COLUMBUS (AP) – Ohio was unfairly omitted from a new $1.5 billion federal program to fight mortgage foreclosures, according to state leaders urging the White House to reconsider and add more states. President Barack Obama has said the money is going to housing agencies in the five hardest-hit states of Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan and Nevada.
